Student Engagement Specialist

Duties and Tasks:

• Acts as a liaison to students employers faculty and staff responding to inquiries related to career planning and development events programs and workshops.
• Frequently collaborates with Business Engagement team to ensure coordination and promotion of events.
• Tracks attendance survey outcomes and other key performance indicators.
• The Student Engagement Specialist will maintain the Career Planning and Development events calendar and provide reports to division leadership on event outcomes as requested.
• This position will also directly support the marketing and communication of events.

Required Qualifications:

• Administrative office experience.
• Experience planning managing promoting and evaluating events.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in project management and the collection and reporting of data.
