As an Account Manager at Link4 you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships ensuring customer satisfaction and driving account growth. You will act as the main point of contact for our clients understanding their needs and providing solutions that enhance their business operations through our eInvoicing solutions.
In this role you will:
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues
Conduct regular checkins and business reviews with clients
Identify opportunities for account growth and work with Sales to achieve targets
Ensure clients are satisfied with our solutions and services
Provide training and onboarding for new clients
Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and feedback
Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention
What are the role requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand and communicate technical and business solutions
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
Experience in a clientfacing role preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
2 years of experience in account management or a related field
