Impact Flex Communications is seeking remote Customer Service Specialists to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Specialist you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers assisting them with inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
A passion for helping others and exceeding customer expectations
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
Proficiency in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
Must have US work permit and live in the US
