Responsibilities

The HR Operation Executive will support the Human Resources department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department including but not limited to filing data entry and maintaining employee records

  • Recruitment Assistance: Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads scheduling interviews conducting reference checks and coordinating new hire orientations

  • Employee Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to begin their roles effectively

  • HR Compliance: Ensure the companys compliance with HR policies and procedures and maintain uptodate knowledge of employment laws and regulations

  • Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefits enrollment and changes and coordinate with benefits providers as necessary

  • Payroll Support: Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll changes

  • Employee Relations: Address employee queries and concerns and escalate issues as needed to HR management

  • Record Keeping: Maintain and update employee files ensuring all documentation is accurate complete and filed in accordance with company policy

  • HR Projects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance employee experience

  • Training Coordination: Assist with organizing and scheduling employee training sessions and maintaining training records

  • Other necessary duties as assigned



Requirements


  • 5 years of progressive experience in similar HR roles;

  • HR Generalist experience including broad experience across all areas of HR.

  • Proven ability to recruit support and manage a multinational team across diverse geographic locations and time zones.

  • Demonstrated success in implementing HR strategies that drive organizational success

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field preferred.

  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and other HRrelated software is a plus.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • Strong analytical problem solving and decisionmaking skills with an enterprise mindset are essential.

Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (Please upload ALL transcripts as part of the application process) 1 year of relevant experience (internship, projects, employment) in Human Resources, Consulting, Customer Service, or a related field. Experience in project management or organizing events. Demonstrated global mindset, with the ability to think across disciplines, industries, cultures, and scenarios. Understanding of business processes and digital/technical fluency. General Requirements Completed Bachelor's degree within the last two years or enrolled in a Master's or PhD program. Excellent written and oral communication, and presentation skills in English. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, while also contributing to a team environment. Must have the equipment and environment to work remotely (laptop/computer, reliable internet connection, quiet, conducive space).
