Job Description (Summary)

As a Sales Manager Real Estate you will oversee the daily operations of the sales team develop and implement sales strategies recruit and mentor new sales agents and ensure smooth transaction processes. You will also be responsible for negotiating sales contracts coordinating with marketing teams and analyzing market trends to adjust strategies and pricing.


Sales Management and Strategy Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the real estate sales team ensuring efficient workflow and achievement of sales targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase property sales and maximize revenue.

Recruit train and mentor new sales agents providing them with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed in the competitive real estate market.

Negotiate sales contracts ensuring terms are favorable for both the client and the agency.

Coordinate with marketing teams to create compelling property listings and promotional materials that attract potential buyers.

Analyze market trends and local conditions to adjust sales strategies and pricing recommendations accordingly.

Facilitate communication between sellers buyers and various stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes.

Organize and participate in open houses networking events and other opportunities to showcase properties and attract potential buyers.

Prepare weekly reports and presentations for management.


Team Leadership and Development:

Lead and mentor a sales team providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of competence.

Foster a culture of accountability integrity and continuous improvement within the sales department.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to ensure high performance standards are met.



Reporting and Communication:

Prepare clear and concise sales reports detailing performance metrics strategies and action plans.

Present sales strategies and performance reports to senior management.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure understanding of sales initiatives and facilitate timely resolution of issues.


Client and Stakeholder Management:

Maintain relationships with channel partners and investors presenting them with new investment options.

Meet and build relationships with corporates and cooperatives.

Ensure proper execution and documentation of applications agreements and allocations.

Oversee the team for effective liaison with banks and financial institutions to provide faster processing of loans and structuring financing options for customers.



Requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • First degree from a reputable institution.
  • MBA and professional qualification from a reputed institute.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate.
  • Excellent communication managerial and negotiating skills.
  • Problemsolving skills strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Ability to work in a deadlinedriven environment.
