The Role
- The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the operation and the revenue of multiple floors.
- As part of our team your role is to make sure that our guests have an amazing experience every time.

- Oversee the Food & Beverage operations to ensure company standards are met.
- Maintain the food & service standards and the product knowledge to the highest standard.
- Ensure maximal revenue and profit are achieved from all sales opportunities.
- Monitor the weekly food beverage variable and wage costs to ensure they are in line with the budget.
- Work on guest feedback with the Membership team to ensure the offering of the best guest experience
- Support and assist in the employee life cycle: attraction recruitment onboarding learning and motivation performance management retention and separation
Required Skills/Qualifications
- Thai Nationality
- Must have 3 years experience as a restaurant manager with a proven track record of leading a professional efficient high quality serviceoriented operation in a fast paced and demanding environment
- Excellence revenue & cost management
- Must have excellent interpersonal/relationship building skills
- Very good team leader & team player must have leadership coaching and staff development experience.
- Energetic flexible collaborative a proactive; a team leader who can positively and productively impact
- Available on a flexible schedule and being willing to work outside office hours (weekends and holidays) a must!
