Overview:
Tekwissen Group is a workforce management provider throughout the USA and many other countries in the world. The below job opportunity is to one of Our clients who is a global leader in personal care and home fragrance including topselling collections for fine fragrance mist body lotion and body cream 3wick candles home fragrance diffusers and liquid hand soap.
Job Title: Store Designer
Location: Columbus OH 43230
Duration: 5 Months
Job Type: Contract
Work Type: Hybrid
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Individual contributor responsible for producing designs (from floor plans to storefront elevations) according to particular design guidelines and standards.
- May produces material takeoffs and communicates parts/takeoff revisions to Construction team.
- May generate ideas for new concepts including store architecture fixtures storefronts lighting layout and space planning.
- May assist in the review of construction drawings for design intent.
- Presents designs to leadership to solicit analyse and incorporate feedback.
- May review site information from landlords and drawings from consultants.
- May resolve all design guidance to purchasing and construction teams. Typically reports to Design Manager.
- Typically no direct reports.
- Bachelors degree in interior design Architecture or Industrial Design or equivalent experience.
- 13 years experience of retail design in a corporate environment or in a design consultancy firm.
