Job Description
Position Title: Associate Marketing Designer Contractor (Graphic Designer I)
Location: 100 West Anderson Street Orlando FL 32801
Type: 1 year contract on W2
Pay Rate: $27.27/hr on W2
Position Description:
- Assist with conceptualizing producing and implementing design and marketing solutions from concept to completion for clients Marketing and New Products department to be used in internal and external promotional materials.
- Tasks include design layout asset generation proofing production supervision and assisting with the implementation of a digital asset management tool.
- Assist other designer(s) in creating concepts comps layouts and final art.
- Minimum of three (3) months of experience in the creative/marketing field designing and producing digital files photo editing and providing creative solution.
Skills Required:
Working knowledge of all but not limited to the following:
- Adobe Creative Cloud products (i.e. InDesign Photoshop Illustrator Acrobat etc.);
- Data validation and management (in terms of mailings);
- Tracking InKind Sponsorship projects (awareness of deadlines/costs/delivery);
- Mail Merge process for Letter Creation;
Familiarity with all but not limited to the following:
- Clients Marketing Guidelines (brand standards information and specs);
- Online/interactive design and production knowledge/skills;
- MAC and PC platforms;
- Software Applications (Microsoft Office);
- Digital Printing Press;
- Industry publications (i.e. Websites and magazines);
- Related industry organizational and departmental policies practices and procedures; legal guidelines ordinances and laws; Be creative and innovative; Capable of being organized detail oriented and resolve problems;
- Must be flexible in changing project deadlines and work environment; and able to be have efficient time management skills; Take initiative on projects work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment;
- Ability to make arithmetic computations using whole numbers fractions and decimals rates ratios and percentages; Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point Word Excel Outlook etc.) and standard office equipment (telephone computer copier etc.).
Experience Required:
- Minimum of three (3) months of experience in the creative/marketing field designing and producing digital files photo editing and providing creative solution
Education Required:
- Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design Art Advertising Marketing or related field of study from an accredited college or university
