Job Description:

• We are seeking a dynamic and detailoriented Process Designer to produce WDS process maps with swim lanes showcasing logical decisions inputs/outputs and connectivity between lanes.
• The role involves working in Jira to manage Features and Stories and updating a Metrics (Jira) dashboard to highlight the value and wins of Process Design engagements.
• The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills able to lead discussions ask insightful questions and schedule followup meetings as needed.
• They should be adept at breaking down complex verbal processes into visually organized easytounderstand process flows.
• Proficiency with process mapping tools like Mural or Zoom Whiteboard is highly desirable.
• This role also requires collaboration with UX teams and Product Owners to design user flows that align with product or service objectives.
• Experience with Persona Maps Customer Experience Maps and User Journeys is a plus. Familiarity with tools like Visio Pro Aris Signavio or iGraphix for other clients is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
