Job Description:
As a Senior Sales Executive you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide a seamless and white glove experience to our clients in the luxury furniture retail industry. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships demonstrating indepth knowledge of our products and their benefits and achieving monthly sales targets. Your ability to understand our clients needs and provide tailored design and decor suggestions will be pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction and business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and establish strong relationships with clients ensuring they receive personalized attention and a white glove sales experience.
  • Understand clients preferences needs and aspirations to offer tailored solutions.
  • Gain detailed knowledge about our product offerings including features benefits and unique selling points.
  • Articulate how our products can add value to our clients homes and lifestyles.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their evolving needs.
  • Provide design and decor suggestions that align with clients existing interiors and preferences.
  • Set and work towards monthly sales targets to contribute to the overall revenue growth of the organization.
  • Utilize sales strategies and techniques to effectively close deals and exceed targets.
  • Report sales progress and client interactions to the Store Manager on a regular basis.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales strategies and client engagement.



Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales preferably in the luxury furniture or home decor industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • A keen eye for design and decor with the ability to provide creative suggestions.
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to convey product features and benefits effectively.
  • Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Selfmotivated proactive and driven to achieve goals.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferred.
