Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Solar EPC Sales Resource to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a pipeline of C&I customers generating leads managing customer relationships and overseeing the endtoend journey of order conversion. This role requires a strong sales acumen and a passion for building and maintaining customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify C&I leads to build a strong pipeline of potential customers
Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities
Nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive sales
Manage the endtoend sales process from lead generation to order conversion
Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports

Proven track record in B2B solar EPC sales with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong business acumen and the ability to understand customer needs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
B. Tech degree in Mechanical Electrical or related field preferred
