Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources department and drive HR initiatives aligned with companys strategic goals. The HR Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies policies and programs to support our organisations growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies policies and programs in alignment with the companys objectives and culture.
- Manage all aspects of the HR function including talent acquisition onboarding performance management employee relations compensation and benefits training and development and HR operations.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify HR needs priorities and solutions that support business objectives and foster a positive work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HRrelated matters including performance issues disciplinary actions and employee development.
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent including sourcing candidates conducting interviews and managing the hiring process.
- Oversee the implementation of performance management processes including goal setting performance reviews and employee development plans.
- Recruitment handling exposure of Jewellery industry will be a plus.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations and maintain uptodate knowledge of HR best practices.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and programs to enhance morale productivity and retention.
- Manage employee relations issues effectively including investigations conflict resolution and mediation.
- Lead and develop the HR team providing coaching mentoring and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- 8 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices employment laws and regulations.
- Proven track record of leading HR initiatives and programs that drive business results
- A strong hold on recruitments in the Jewellery Industry
- Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into HR strategies and actions.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a highperforming HR team.
