AC Engineer

This is a remote position.

AC ENGINEER

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced AC Engineer. This role is on a fulltime permanent basis servicing our clients various contracts in London and the South East region of England.

As an AC Engineer you will be required to support the clients objects to maintain the efficiency effectiveness and longevity of the HVAC equipment according to legislation. This is a mobile role so a valid driving licence is essential.

AC Engineer Duties:

.

Maintain and repair ventilation and airconditioning systems and equipment;

.

Undertake PPM servicing and repair works across various contracts;

.

attend callouts during normal working hours and in addition be part of the outofhours emergency callout rota;

.

troubleshoot issues with a system as they are identified;

• conduct performance tests with specialist tools and make adjustments as necessary;
  
• wearing relevant company issued PPE and clothing; and
  
• submit clear and concise service reports and timesheets.
  

AC Engineer Requirements:

• knowledge of HVAC plant;
  
• knowledge and experience of air conditioning systems and their controls;
  
• knowledge of Legionella and overall health and safety;
  
• ability to fault find and service all HVAC control manufacturer s equipment;
  
• FGas 2079 Cat 1
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook; and
  
• Self motivated with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills;
  

AC Engineer Offer:

• Hours per week are 08:00 to 17:00 negotiable 40 hour week;
  
• Salary ranging between $40k to £45k Depending on Experience
  
• 25 days holiday (not including bank holidays);
  
• Pension scheme after 3 full months service (3% employer contribution 5% employee);
  
• Overtime available but not guaranteed;
  
• Tablet and phone;
  
• Company uniform;
  
• Company works vehicle; and
  
• Employee referral scheme of £1000.
