Job Description
We are hiring Lead Mambu Engineer for our client based in London.
Position: Lead Mambu Engineer
Work Model: Hybrid (Office Home)
Employment Type: Full timePermanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Integration Projects: Oversee the endtoend integration of Mambu s core banking platform into our systems with a primary focus on Savings products.
- Architect Solutions: Design and implement scalable secure and highperforming integration solutions that align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers ensuring best practices in coding architecture and agile development.
- Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including Product Operations and Compliance to ensure the successful deployment of Mambu solutions.
- Customization: Develop custom components extensions and APIs to enhance Mambus Savings products to meet specific business needs.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Mambu integration ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality of deliverables through rigorous testing code reviews and adherence to industry standards.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture processes and configurations.
- Stay Updated: Keep uptodate with Mambus latest features updates and industry trends to leverage new functionalities and ensure optimal integration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in other core banking platforms or financial services systems.
- Certification in Mambu or relevant financial technology platforms.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the banking/financial services industry.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years of experience in integrating or implementing Mambu specifically focusing on Savings products.
Proven experience in leading engineering teams and delivering complex integration projects in the financial services sector. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as.Net Python or Node.js.
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
Handson experience with Mambu APIs and customization of Mambu s core banking modules. - Product Knowledge: Indepth understanding of banking products particularly Savings and how they are structured and managed within Mambu.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and collaborate with nontechnical stakeholders.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
- ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
