We are seeking for a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales/Marketing Personnel to join our team in Lekki Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales developing marketing strategies and ensuring customer satisfaction in the real estate sector. If you have a passion for real estate and a proven track record in sales and marketing we would love to hear from you. Please find the position summary as follows:

Job Title: Real Estate Sales / Marketing Personnel
Job Location:Lekki Lagos Nigeria (Projects in Lagos & Ogun State)
Position Type: Hybrid (1 Day in the Office and 4 days in the field every week)
Work Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Monthly Allowance: N50K Monthly
Commission Structure : 10% on Land / 5% on Houses
Sales Target: N5 Million Monthly
Years of Working Experience: Minimum of 1 year
Qualification: OND / NCE / HND/B.SC
Consideration Factor:real estate sales / marketing experience

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote real estate properties.
2. Identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
4. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
6. Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
7. Manage and update property listings and marketing materials.
8. Coordinate property viewings and follow up with potential buyers.
9. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
10. Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.


Requirements


1. Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales/Marketing Personnel or similar role.
2. Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and trends in Ikeja and surrounding areas.
3. Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
7. Selfmotivated proactive and goaloriented.
8. Valid driver s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
