Job Title: Apptad Finance Product Manager
Job Location: San Francisco / Bay Area CA Local candidates preferred or those who can relocate to work at the client site from Day 1.

Responsibilities:
- Exhibit excellent communication skills capable of effectively articulating and facilitating discussions between business and IT teams.
- Serve as a vital bridge between IT and business teams collaborating with CLevel executives business teams users super users and the IT team.
- Demonstrate proactive issue resolution capabilities and expertise in scaled technology.
- Proven experience in managing multimillion and billiondollar clients particularly those involved in transformative scalability projects.
- Possess strong handson expertise with Finance business processes and Oracle EBS.
- Gather and analyze requirements breaking down complex business needs into clear actionable tasks for IT.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 10 years of product management experience with at least 2 years in a product role within a global organization.
- Strong understanding of core financial processes including accounting strategic and corporate finance functions.
- Systems implementation experience in three or more finance process areas preferably with SaaS platforms.
- Preferential consideration for candidates with strong expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) technologies and a solid understanding of global and regional processes and workflows.
- Exceptional communication collaboration and leadership skills with the ability to navigate crosscultural and crossfunctional environments.
- Proficiency in guiding and managing multiple teams focused on product development.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
