Finance Controller

• Responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and other financial deliverables like MIS TDS GST and Profession tax.
  

• Maintenance of client coordination client relationship and client mining.
  

• Understanding the business requirements of the clients and identifying control points in the client s business and processes.
  

• Technical reviewing of clients accounts schedule VI Notes to Accounts Directors Report Tax Audit report and MIS
  

• Identifying and resolving accounting or legal issues highlighting current/probable statutory noncompliance in clients accounts
  

• Oversee the accurate and timely billing and recovery of invoices.
  

• Responsible for team management development and retention of people.
  

Skills and requirements:

• Wellversed with Indian GAAP schedule VI Income tax etc
  

• Understanding of tax laws and regulations.
  

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  

• Expertise in financial reporting budgeting and forecasting.
  

• Ability to manage internal and external audits.
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
