Junior Scrum Master

• Support Product Owners of three different Squad to manage and prioritize the Product backlog.
  
• Conduct Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to agile principles.
  
• Help to remove obstacles foster collaboration and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  
• Lead the Squad to be selforganized.
  
• Support and promote an effective feedback culture based on Agile values.
  
• Ensure that decisions are made within the Squad encouraging and supporting Squad members to assume responsibility for their decisions.
  
• Measure and monitor the squads Agile maturity and provide constructive feedback to the team to help continuously improve.
  
• Enable Squad to track progress and output through dashboards (e.g. burndown charts) and other reporting systems and maintain relevant metrics and artifacts.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master
  
• Having Agile/Scrum certification is a plus
  
• Demonstrable experience of Agile Methodologies (Scrum Kan ban Scrum ban etc...)
  
• A continuous improvement mindset and dedication to uncovering better ways of working.
  
• The ability to lead coach inspire and motivate others.
  
• Excellent facilitation communication and peopleinteraction skills incl. strong English skills (verbal written).
  
• The ability to apply innovative and creative thinking to solve problems together with the squad to constructively address challenges and roadblocks.
  
• Experience in leveraging tools such as JIRA Azure DevOps Miro MS Teams to support effective (virtual) collaboration.
