We are seeking a skilled Communications and PR Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective communication strategies that enhance our company's public image and foster strong relationships with stakeholders. You will coordinate both external and internal communications, including memos, newsletters, and announcements, ensuring a consistent flow of information throughout the organization.

Your responsibilities will include designing sketches for mass media announcements and writing engaging content for our company website. You will also play a crucial role in planning and organizing events, seminars, and press conferences to promote our initiatives and engage with the community. Regular communication with media outlets is essential, as you will manage media inquiries, arrange interviews, and issue statements to the public.

Building long-term relationships with influencers and key stakeholders is a vital aspect of this position. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to align strategies and campaigns effectively. Additionally, you will serve as a facilitator in resolving disputes and providing constructive solutions. To succeed in this role, you must have at least two years of experience in communications or public relations, be a fluent English speaker, and possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in copywriting, editing, photo and video editing, as well as experience in web design, will be considered a strong asset. An MA in public relations, communications, or a related field is highly desirable.

Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in photo and video editing, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are necessary to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and influencers. Strong organizational and time-management skills are crucial to manage multiple tasks effectively. Experience in web design and content production will be considered an advantage. A problem-solving mindset and the ability to facilitate peaceful resolutions are highly valued in this role, as you will be an integral part of our communication strategy and team.
