Requirements

• HND/ Bachelors/ Masters degree in Architecture or a related field.
  
• Professional license or registration as an architect.
  
• Minimum of 25 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD Revit Lumion SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
  
• Strong knowledge of building codes regulations and construction practices.
  
• Excellent design visualization and presentation skills.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills and not less than 30 years old.
  

• Design and develop architectural plans concepts and layouts for various projects.
  
• Create detailed drawings 3D models and renderings using architectural software.
  
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs preferences and project requirements.
  
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
  
• Coordinate with engineers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  
• Prepare and present design proposals reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  
• Stay updated with industry trends building codes and regulations to ensure compliance.
  
• Manage project timelines budgets and resources efficiently.
  
• Review and approve construction drawings and documents.
  
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns.
