Technology Strategies Middle East - TSME is now hiring a "Senior Account Manager" who have Sales experience for our branch in Jordan.
The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented with a drive to achieve goals and maintain a great customer experience. You will be able to suggest forward-thinking ideas to promote our brand and work closely with clients to understand their needs. This individual will have excellent communication abilities and negotiation skills.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as Account Manager with 5y+, preferably in Technology Service. #IS_A_MUST!
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex technical solutions.
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and propose solutions that align with their business goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase our solutions and value proposition.
- Coordinate with internal teams (such as Product Development and Customer Support) to ensure seamless implementation and support for clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation as needed.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
