الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities:
- Product discovery - yze online travel ecosystem, customers, data, markets and competitive landscape
- Product delivery - drive agile ceremonies with the engineering, design, data and product teams to deliver products and features
- Develop hypotheses and drive AB test design, implementation, ysis and next steps
- Manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is required
- Elish relationships horizontally and vertically and make transparent decisions that balance a diverse set of occasionally conflicting requirements
Profile requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a product role in a consumer facing product
- Excellent communication ss with ability to convey complex messages clearly and with conviction to various stakeholders across the business
- Problem solver who can deeply investigate, identity root cause and propose solutions using quantitative and qualitative insights
- Strong data ss with ability to leverage ytics and quantitative ods to inform and influence decision-making
- Hands on experience in SQL, Python and other ytical tools
Good to have
- Technical background (such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline)
- Experience in design thinking and user research
