Manager - Product

Responsibilities:

• Product discovery - analyze online travel ecosystem, customers, data, markets and competitive landscape
• Product delivery - drive agile ceremonies with the engineering, design, data and product teams to deliver products and features
• Develop hypotheses and drive AB test design, implementation, analysis and next steps
• Manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is required
• Establish relationships horizontally and vertically and make transparent decisions that balance a diverse set of occasionally conflicting requirements

Profile requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a product role in a consumer facing product
• Excellent communication skills with ability to convey complex messages clearly and with conviction to various stakeholders across the business
• Problem solver who can deeply investigate, identity root cause and propose solutions using quantitative and qualitative insights
• Strong data skills with ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision-making
• Hands on experience in SQL, Python and other analytical tools

Good to have

• Technical background (such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline)
• Experience in design thinking and user research
