الوصف الوظيفي

- Design programs tailored to the needs of local communities and the Foundation's target audience.

- Develop, plan, and coordinate outreach activities, including informational sessions, events, workshops, etc.

- Handle outreach tasks: screen applications, interview potential trainees, and ensure all contracts adhere to their terms of reference.

- Develop and execute comprehensive outreach strategies to raise awareness of Foundation's initiatives.

- Monitor outreach activities and document operational procedures for ongoing evaluation and enhancement.

- Oversee the execution of designed activities and ensure their ongoing evaluation.

- Assist in piloting and scaling the Foundation's initiatives across Jordan, collaborating with partners and other initiatives.

- Ensure that training materials and resources developed are effective, usable, and relevant.

- Identify and pursue opportunities in the local community on a large scale, using proven methods to establish beneficial partnerships for Foundation's.

- Collaborate closely with governmental entities when relevant.

- Build the capacity of field workers and manage them to analyze data, periodically reviewing and adjusting programs.

- Represent Foundation in both external and internal engagement activities.

- Translate strategies and concepts into actionable steps.

- Formulate and enact policies to boost operational efficiency and profitability.

- Address any concerns regarding field office operations.

- Monitor key performance indicators and develop action plans based on the foundation's KPIs.

- Introduce best practices and procedures to amplify efforts in the governorates.

- Oversee the budgeting process for operations, ensuring goals are met.

- Introduce innovative proposals and technology to boost business productivity.

- Collaborate with various organizational units to integrate services.

- Supervise third-party services, ensuring they meet organizational standards and expectations.

- Build and maintain trusting relationships with community organizations for collaboration.

- Ensure all organizational operations adhere to local and community regulations.

- Design work shifts and assign duties to field staff for optimal efficiency.

- Develop and supervise the use of tools to increase operational effectiveness.

- Manage the execution and advancement of the Foundation's training initiatives in Jordan.

- Foster relationships within the local community to identify potential partners.

- Network with youth and institutions to generate leads and referrals.

- Collaborate with the communication team to produce promotional materials, program details, and other required materials for KPI implementation.

- Regularly report to the line manager and provide support for any additional tasks assigned.
