Handle and manage domestic activities including planning to ensure proper development of the product.
.
Prepare, monitor and control all data from Info AXS to ensure compliance to network standards.
.
Manage and handle client incidents and complaints in coordination with customer service team to
ensure timely resolution of all customer inquiries.
.
Monitor and control all domestic bulk projects to ensure timely processing and professional service
to the customers.
.
Develop and control creating customized domestic services in coordination with the sales teams to
provide proper solutions to customers’ needs.
.
Monitor and control the quality of service provided by the stations in terms of transit times, pick-up.
performance and quality of data entered in Info AXS to ensure timely handling and processing of
shipments and service provided to customers.
.
Ensures all team members implement Aramex quality of service standards and procedures.
.
Assist in the review of training needs and development of the team.
.
Adhere to all related policies, procedures documented and published under Infohub in the intranet.
