performance and quality of data entered in Info AXS to ensure timely handling and processing of
shipments and service provided to customers.

Ensures all team members implement Aramex quality of service standards and procedures.

Assist in the review of training needs and development of the team.

Adhere to all related policies, procedures documented and published under Infohub in the intranet.
