Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide HR services in Italy in accordance with global policies.
- Provide business partnership and HR guidance to the local team.
- Plan design and ensure the execution of HR services aligned with Theramex Global HR team.
- Implement and maintain effective human resources processes.
- Lead HR planning and strategy initiatives.
- Oversee policy management employee relations and performance management.
- Serve as an HR business partner fostering collaboration and alignment.
- Handle HR administration compensation and benefits management in alignment with global standards.
- Drive talent acquisition and management strategies.
- Facilitate learning and development initiatives.
- Act as a legal contact for HR matters.
Minimum Requirements:
- 8 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Previous experience as a Human Resources Business Partner in an International Pharmaceutical Company.
- Extensive knowledge of Italy HR policies legislation employment standards and systems.
- Ability to thrive within a complex matrix organizational structure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
