About the project: You will be working for Netflix a subscriptionbased streaming service that allows our members to watch TV shows and movies on an internetconnected device.
Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve streaming issues
- Provide information on subscription plans
- Assist with account management and billing
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higherlevel support teams
- Stay uptodate with new features and content
- Follow strict guidelines for data protection and customer privacy.
What you will need:
- Fluent level of Dutch language (at least C1)
- Good level of English language (at least B2)
- Communication skills
