Job Overview:
Are you pionate about helping others and fluent in Spanish Join our team in Athens Greece as a Customer Support Agent providing toptier service to our Spanishspeaking customers. You will ist customers through various channels ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and with care. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Handle customer inquiries through calls emails and live chat providing solutions to a wide range of issues (technical billing productrelated etc.).
Issue Resolution:
Identify trouble and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated with company products services and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Doentation:
Record and doent customer interactions issues and resolutions in the companys system for tracking purposes.
Escalation Handling:
Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Qualifications:
Languages:
**Fluency in Spanish** (C1 level or above)
**Proficiency in English** (B2 level or above)
Experience:
Previous experience in **customer service** **call center** or **support roles** is a plus but not mandatory.
Ss:
Strong communication and interpersonal ss.
Good problemsolving abilities.
Techsavvy with basic understanding of computer systems and software.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Monday to Sunday (rotating shifts)
Flexible working hours between 08:00 AM and 21:00 PM
