Who We re Looking For:
We are a tight operations team of 8 running global operations for a fun and fastscaling business. This position will require a key player who takes initiative is adaptable to changing processes and systems and has outstanding communication to crosscollaborate with other teams as well as their internal team. We work fast keep systems tight and pride ourselves in providing our clients across the globe with the very best service. We are excited to find a team member who is ready to dive in to help assist our growing number of orders and specialized services. We can t wait to meet you!
JOB DUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS
Receive audit and enter purchase orders
Monitors and processes customers orders accurately and promptly
Enthusiastic about managing toptier accounts with specific needs
Communicate order status to customers and track delivery
Understand and adhere to vendor compliance guidelines
Closely work with our 3PLs and transit patterns to ensure quick and accurate delivery
Perform exceptional daily customer service to our partners worldwide
Assists in identifying possible risks and opportunities and reporting them to the manager
Provide timely and accurate invoicing as well as other shipping documentation as needed
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
At least 2 years experience in the related field is required for this position
Proficient in Gsuite
Outstanding communication both oral and written
Direct experience in Netsuite Salesforce Shipwire
Data processing experience
Must be professional and friendly hardworking organized detailoriented and able to independently problemsolve
Proactive and takes initiative to take action on issues before being asked
Exceptional organizational skills
Adaptable and comfortable with consistent change
Willing and open to assist other team members as needed
Excited to take on new challenges and learn new product verticals
Ability to learn quickly while taking constructive feedback
Direct Customer Servicing Experience with the ability to independently problem solve
Experience in working with EDI is a plus
