You will be responsible for the UI/UX design of our main business the online English conversation service.
Specific Job Responsibilities:
Investigate and understand user needs and behavior patterns
Design information architecture for websites and applications
Design user experiences
Develop strategies to improve services and products and enhance performance
Propose implement and analyze measures to improve services
Operate and manage websites and landing pages
Establish design guidelines
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides and ensure consistent design throughout the team

Experience in product improvement or management for web services or applications
Ability to identify issues from both quantitative data and qualitative UI/UX perspectives
Experience in constructing hypotheses proposing and executing improvement plans and setting KPIs
Experience in collaborating with designers and engineers or in development direction and management

Individuals who have experience in planning and executing UI/UX measures to grow services in a business company and wish to continue utilizing those skills

Annual Salary:JPY
The amount will be determined upon consultation taking experience and other factors into consideration.
Annual salary system (1/12 of the annual salary is paid monthly)
Overtime allowance: Available (40 hours of fixed overtime)
