Through our Reverse ETL platform business and data users can seamlessly sync data from its source such as warehouses and databases to where its needed including operational systems and SaaS tools. Traditionally acting on data has required significant engineering time and resources leaving many business users reliant on static charts and reports without the ability to automate actions based on their data. Every business user can now activate data to streamline critical processes enhance marketing performance and scale operations all achieved without the need for coding.

Role Description

Experienced & Entrepreneurial Senior Backend Engineer to join the founding team to help build our backend services and platform. Youll partner with our CTO to help make key architectural decisions iterate on the roadmap own product decisions and architect & build our foundational tech platform to enable scaling over the next several years.

Role Responsibilities:

• 5 years experience with Typescript/Node.js or Python RabbitMQ or Kafka and PostgreSQL or equivalent.
• Architect and lead the development of our applications APIs and distributed systems.
• Architect & document our tech platform and advise key product & infrastructure decisions.
• Implement our CI/CD workflows using Docker & Github
• Build analytics & monitoring to help understand our user experience & application health.
• Contribute in a ton of other ways to a scrappy founding team building the future of flexible light industrial staffing!
• A track record of shipping scalable distributed systems.
• Experience building APIs.
• Experience with Docker Github Actions and Datadog.
• Experience working in an earlystage engineering team working through ambiguity and being a selfstarter.
• A passion for helping people find meaningful work that works for them.

Salary: $160k $200k

Onsite work Policy: We are 100% inperson in SoHo New York. Our HQ is located in the heart of
SoHo between Little Italy and Tribeca.

Fulltime position: This is a full time W2 role
