Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR professional for hospitality company where you will be responsible for supporting all HR functions and ensuring smooth operations within the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings screening resumes scheduling interviews and conducting interviews.
- Coordinate employee on boarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR databases are up to date.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies benefits and procedures.
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Registering all employees to ESIC & PF
- Manage endtoend payroll processing including calculating salaries deductions bonuses and in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary payroll data and ensure timely submission.
- Address any payrollrelated queries from employees and provide assistance as needed.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in HR Department preferably in Hospitality business.
- Knowledge of HR functions including recruitment onboarding performance management and employee relations.
- Familiarity with HR software and databases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detailoriented and organized.
- Female candidate preferred.
