Role: Sr Business Analyst Ambulatory Athena

Location: Hyd/Bangalore/Pune

Timings: 3.30pm to 12.30am / 5.30pm to 2.30am

Exp: 48 Years

5 years of work experience in EMRs (athena) or good understanding of healthcare workflows.

Skills / Project Experience required:

Demonstrate good understanding of US Healthcare domain knowledge and client workflows.

Ability to perform system builds configuration and testing in Athena and Ingenious Med

Ability to build order sets compendium clinical templates and consents as per the requirements.

Ability to work on the data view CCDA and other reports.

Ability to work on the schedule builds.

Ability to understand Service Level Agreement (SLA) methodology and follow the same as per engagement requirements.

Ability to work on the projects and enhancements.

Ability to work on incidents tasks problem tasks Change requests per ITIL processes.

Perform problem management activities such as Root cause analysis of incidents.

Ability to follow engagement specific project delivery processes.

Proactive drive on improvement and innovation ideas

Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office tools / ticketing tools.

Good understanding of EHRs Interfaces and its subsystems (IngeniousMed InQuicker and Phreesia)

Review/analyze the workflows for any automation opportunities and preset and work with the automation team.

Ability to determine the issues originating from the EMRs and configure the workflows to support for which the candidate must have a fullfledged knowledge of the athena

Provide ideas to the customer on the existing workflows and customize per the client needs.

Ability to build the departments providers provider groups and medical groups. Its important to know these build work as 90% of work involves around build work.

Ability to add/update fee schedules.

Ability to build custom fields and appointments.

Ability to build providers and other users and sites in IngeniousMed

Ability to generate reports out of athena per the client needs.
