Job Summary:
As the Store Manager you will be responsible for the daytoday management of the forecourt operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Strategically plan and supervise employee schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication channels with the team and upper management promptly responding to electronic correspondences.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock assessments to maintain accurate inventory levels and reduce discrepancies.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and lead a dynamic team fostering a positive work environment and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Administrative Oversight: Manage administrative tasks related to employee scheduling and other managerial duties.
Compensation Package:
- Base Salary: Competitive annual salary of 36000 euros.
- Annual Bonus: 6000 euros based on outstanding performance.
