Store Manager - Forecourt

Perform Recruitment is currently seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead operations at an esteemed Forecourt located in the vibrant setting of Carlow.

Job Summary:

As the Store Manager you will be responsible for the daytoday management of the forecourt operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Management: Strategically plan and supervise employee schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication channels with the team and upper management promptly responding to electronic correspondences.
• Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock assessments to maintain accurate inventory levels and reduce discrepancies.
• Team Leadership: Motivate and lead a dynamic team fostering a positive work environment and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Administrative Oversight: Manage administrative tasks related to employee scheduling and other managerial duties.

Compensation Package:

• Base Salary: Competitive annual salary of 36000 euros.
• Annual Bonus: 6000 euros based on outstanding performance.

Requirements:

• Experience: Several years of experience in a similar retail or forecourt management role.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Organizational Ability: Ability to multitask and manage diverse responsibilities effectively.
