Duration: 13 weeks contract

Shift: 8:00am 4:30pm

Guarantee Hours: 40 per week

Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. Responsible for assessing planning and implementing personalized treatment plans to enhance patient wellbeing. Collaboration with healthcare professionals and commitment to professional growth are essential.

Responsibilities:

Assess patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.

Implement evidencebased interventions and monitor patient progress.

Educate patients on therapeutic exercises and preventive care.

Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy.

Valid state PT license.

CPR certification.

Strong clinical communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

Previous experience preferred but new graduates with passion and commitment are welcome.
