Head-Finance amp Accounts

Job Summary

The Head F&A will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company including financial planning and analysis accounting tax treasury and risk management. The ideal candidate will have a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements reports and budgets

• Manage the companys cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity

• Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide regular reports to the CEO and Board of Directors

• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements

• Manage relationships with banks auditors and other financial institutions

• Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize financial risk

• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team

Qualifications and Skills

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial management role

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations

• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
