ROLE:
The Primary responsibility will be to design develop and implement effective learning and talent management programs and initiatives to enhance the skills knowledge and performance of employees within the organization. Also as an Organizational Development Specialist his/her main role is to facilitate and drive positive change within the organization. He/she will work closely with various stakeholders including HODs and line Managers to assess organizational needs develop strategies and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness employee engagement and overall performance.
Learning & Development :
- Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with HODs and locational HR to identify learning and development needs based on organizational goals and individual performance gaps.
- Program Design and Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials including elearning modules instructorled training job aids and multimedia resources using instructional design principles.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and interactive learning content such as presentations videos simulations and assessments to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
- Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions using various delivery methods including classroom training virtual sessions workshops and webinars ensuring effective knowledge transfer and learner engagement.
- Learning Management System (LMS) Administration: Setup and Manage the organizations learning management system including course setup registration tracking and reporting on training progress and completion rates.
