As an Account Manager at Viso your main role will be to drive our companys revenue growth and success. You will be responsible for nurturing our existing customer base ensuring they derive maximum value from their Viso investment and in doing so secure opportunities for renewals and upsells.

From day one you will manage accounts for major global companies like IKEA DHL and DPD. You will report directly to the VP of Sales and have the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership including the cofounders as we scale Viso from a seed round to over $1 billion.


Location

This role will be remote based in London (UK). Applicants are required to have legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom.


Responsibilities
In this role youll:

  • Gain a deep understanding of each customers environment identify customer needs and propose solutions that will accelerate their success.
  • Manage and grow opportunities throughout the entire customer lifecycle from postsales to renewal ensuring a seamless transition from sales to account management.
  • Employ a solutionoriented approach focusing on use cases involving AI vision to automate business processes.
  • Build upon the growth & adoption of our product within existing enterprise accounts.
  • Drive a pipeline generation cadence to develop expansion opportunities from our existing customer base and identify upsell and crosssell opportunities.
  • Lead compelling presentations of our product and vision to a broad range of audiences from Clevel executives to individual contributors using our valuebased account management methodology.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on account performance by actively managing your pipeline of opportunities.


Qualifications

Required

  • Strong technical acumen and understanding of cuttingedge technologies
  • 3 years of experience in account management ideally in AI Data Platforms or Enterprise Software
  • Experience in customer account growth including upselling and crossselling and in driving renewal opportunities
  • Startup DNA strong work ethic and proven record of consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets
  • Strong understanding of customer success principles and the role of technology in driving business outcomes
  • Proficiency in modern account management processes/methodologies
  • Excellent presence and proven track record of influencing and selling at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of forecasting & pipeline management
  • Willingness and ability to travel to spend time in person with key clients (Global)

Desired

  • Up and crossselling experience in AI Data Analytics and Engineering
  • Previous technical sales experience in Computer Vision or Machine Learning
  • Deep commercial expertise in structuring SaaS contracts
  • Experience with data and how to leverage data to help business achieve their customer experience initiatives
