We are looking for a passionate Academic Counsellor to join our team.

• Achieving the set sales goals and developing sales strategies.
  
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone via email and in person.
  
• Handling candidate s questions inquiries and complaints.
  
• Building and maintaining a CRM database and student database.
  
• Meeting daily weekly and monthly sales targets.
  
• Participating in sales team meetings.
  
• Research colleges universities to develop leads for placement partners.
  

Requirements

• Graduation is a must.
  
• Candidates with interest in digital marketing will be an added advantage.
  
• Excellent service and sales skills.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication.
  
• Excellent phone and presentation skills.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales programs.
  
• Good convincing and problemsolving skills.
  
• Passionate about sales and learning new things everyday.
