Sales Colleague Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying customer needs. offering relevant products/services and maintain the highest level of accuracy when checking and counting goods
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Make a continuous effort to have the best sales results for the department & meet all sales targets
- Product knowledge training when required to attend, 100% attendance is a must
- Ensure the merchandise is displayed in an attractive and enticing manner to customers.
- Take part in Duty Free stock-takes and always ensure that a replacement sales assistant is available before leaving for breaks while on duty.
- Process customers transactions efficiently, ensuring minimum time spent processing and packing at the POS.
- Handling money/ credit cards and any form of payment in a safe, secure and responsible manner.
- Ensure that the retail policies and procedures are properly implemented in the Duty Free (HR Manual).
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide customers with accurate and relevant information
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other company events as required
Sales Colleague Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Proven sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment
- Fluent in Russian & English language
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent time management
