Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
o Identify target and acquire new clients for payroll outsourcing services.
o Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet revenue targets.
o Build relationships with HR finance and decisionmakers in companies.
2. Market & Industry Knowledge:
o Stay updated on market trends competition and industry best practices.
o Leverage existing networks to generate leads and opportunities.
3. Client Engagement & Consultation:
o Understand client payroll pain points and position outsourcing as a solution.
o Conduct presentations demos and meetings with potential clients.
4. Pipeline & Revenue Management:
o Maintain an active sales pipeline and report progress to management.
o Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding.
5. Relationship Management & Account Growth:
o Ensure client satisfaction and explore upsell/crosssell opportunities.
o Work on contract renewals and longterm partnerships.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
45 years of B2B sales experience in recurring services (payroll outsourcing HR solutions SaaS or similar).
Strong understanding of the Saudi market and business environment.
Proven track record in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
Experience engaging with Clevel executives HR directors and finance teams.
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
