الوصف الوظيفي
- Handling RFPs (understanding client requirements submitting RFP questions).
- Building technical proposals to fully answer the RFPs based on the clients needs.
- Answering customer questions.
- Building highlevel solution slides.
- Requirement gathering and understanding.
- Business Analysis.
- Fast learner.
- Very good knowledge using Microsoft Office or Google (docs sheets and slides).
- Excellent English Language.
- Problemsolving and analytical skills.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors in Business Information Technology (BIT) or any degree related to IT or business (computer science).
- Preferred Certificates: ITIL
