DevOps Lead

1. Develop and implement DevOps strategies to improve software deployment monitoring and operations efficiency.
2. Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build test and deployment processes.
3. Manage and administer cloud infrastructure including provisioning configuration and optimization.
4. Implement and maintain monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system performance and availability.
5. Collaborate with development teams to automate and streamline release management processes.
6. Lead and mentor team members in DevOps best practices and technologies.
7. Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance DevOps capabilities.
8. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in all DevOps processes.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure deployments and performance.
10. Continuously improve DevOps practices through process optimization and innovation.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Specify number of years years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
• Handson experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform CloudFormation or ARM templates.
• Strong scripting skills with Python Shell or similar languages.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker Kubernetes or ECS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins GitLab CI/CD or CircleCI.
• Knowledge of configuration management tools such as Ansible Puppet or Chef.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and collaborative environment.

• DevOps certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or Google Professional DevOps Engineer.
• Experience with microservices architecture and serverless computing.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and practices.
• Familiarity with DevOps automation and orchestration platforms like HashiCorp Consul Nomad or Vault.
