Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Corporate QA Head with a strong background in machining processes and a customerfocused approach to lead our quality assurance efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving quality excellence process improvements and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality strategies policies and procedures aligned with industry standards (e.g. ISO 9001 AS9100) and customer requirements
- Lead and manage a team of quality engineers and technicians providing guidance on machining processes and quality control
- Conduct internal audits identify areas for improvement and ensure effective corrective actions
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize machining processes reduce variation and improve product quality
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives implementing lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements industry standards and customer specifications
- Develop and manage quality metrics reports and dashboards to measure performance and customer satisfaction
- Interface with customers suppliers and external auditors ensuring customer focus and satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Quality Management or related field
- Minimum 20 years of experience in quality assurance with a focus on machining processes and customer satisfaction
- Proven knowledge of machining processes quality management systems industry standards and regulations
- Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills
- Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification
- Customerfocused approach with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Responsibility handling QA processes of all the Units.
- Dealt with OEM Automobile Customers
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering Quality Management or related field
- Experience in a similar industry (e.g. automotive)
- Certification in quality management (e.g. CMQ/OE)
