Job Description
Oversee daily operations of the formulation plant to ensure production goals are met.
Implement and maintain effective production schedules.
Optimize resource utilization including manpower machinery and materials.
Ensure all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement quality control procedures.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain highquality production.
Lead train and motivate the production team.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills.
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
