Job Title: Mainframe IMS AdminL3
Location: Plano TX (Remote)
Duration: Full Time
Technical Skills:
- Should have in depth knowledge in IMS System Administration
- Administer mainframe IMS database systems and supporting products.
- Installation configuration and fine tuning of Mainframe IMS Environments with debugging and problem analysis
- Provides complex database support activities
- Designs and completes Database Administration Maintenance tasks.
- Completes Complex database changes and application implementations.
- Understands and works within incident and change management principles and best practices
- Analyzes tests and implements changes and enhancements to database management software and databases.
- Mentor Database Administrators Collaborates with technology/infrastructure staff to identify database relationships and functional requirements; analyzes and resolves issues related to information flow and content.
- Performs Database performance and tuning activities
- Performs special projects as assigned or directed.
- Perform IMS version upgrade .
