Position Mainframe Developer
Location Renton WA (Only Local Candidates)
Full Time Employment
Job Description
- Work with customers to define design and propose alternative solutions in response to changing business needs.
- Work with customers to troubleshoot reported issues.
- Provide system administration support.
- Must be able and willing to work weekends and evenings to support oncall responsibilities as needed is required.
Required Experience & Skills
- Five years software engineering experience including code development scripting workflow and data mapping.
- Five years mainframe support experience: COBOL IMS (DB) DB2 CICS JCL
- Advanced computer system skills including use of word processing databases and spreadsheets.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and/or as a team member.
- Strong organizational interpersonal and analytical skills.
- PACCAR systems experience a plus
