Preferred:
Experience with Azure cloud architecture;
Experience with the Florida Accounting Information Resource (FLAIR) system and budget management;
Experience with mainframe computer systems and supporting software such as Customer Information Control System (CICS) Time Sharing Option (TSO) and Interactive System Productivity Facility (ISPF);
Experience with Financial Management (FM) systems including Work Program Administration Project Costing Federal Aid and Federal Billing subsystem details and interfacing methods;
Experience with accounting or financialrelated systems;
Experience migrating and translating processes between Mainframe based technologies to .Net;
Informatica and its product suite.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Perform indepth analysis of the existing inventory of assets to determine remediation or modernization approach;
Produce endstate solution mockups based on analysis of modernization approach for applications and reports;
Provide architecture guidance on stateoftheart technical configurations and provide oversight to quality assurance on all code enhancements;
Design and implement stateoftheart applications to support OWPB and other direct stakeholders;
Triage and address maintenance and enhancement requests for applications owned by OWPB;
Provide handson support to peers coach guide and mentor others in accomplishing architecture design and implementation goals;
Drive continuous modernization; which may include design definition of roadmaps and standardization of processes and methodologies; collaborate with other developers and architects to drive guidelines methodologies and documentation.
