We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Croatian and Slovenianspeaking Customer Support Representative to support customers.
Position: Technical Customer Support Representative
Location: Remote Romania
Employment Type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary performance bonuses
Duties:
- Respond to customer calls and emails regarding electronic equipment
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional technical support
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within time limits
- Reassign issues to other departments or senior representatives when necessary
- Keep records of customer interactions and complaints as per internal procedures
- Stay uptodate with procedures guides and product manuals
Requirements:
- Based in or willing to move to Romania
- Fluent in Croatian and Slovenian (oral and written); additional languages like Macedonian are a plus
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong working capacity with office tools
- Ability to meet tight deadlines independently and as a team player
- Experience in customeroriented roles is an advantage
- Academic degree is an advantage
